Guided Meditation & Sound Healing w/Jesse Warner LAc, MSOM (2)

Discover energetic balance through the power of meditation and sound while sharing the experience with a group of likeminded friends.  Perfect for beginners or experienced meditators.  Feel the joy of a full heart, balanced chakras and a calm and clear mind as Jesse takes you on a journey with his sound bowls and guided meditation.

Please bring your mat, a blanket, a pillow and anything else you need for comfort while meditating.  You will have the option to lie down or be seated in any comfortable position necessary.  We do have some extra mats, bolsters and blankets until they run out so please be sure to bring what you do have so everyone is able to enjoy in comfort.
