Acupuncture +Sound Healing + Guided Meditation

This event with Jesse Warner, LAc. Dipl.Ac is intended to connect mind, body and soul through the healing effects of sound - utilizing sound bowls, along with guided meditation, and optional ear acupuncture.

Nourishing (mindfully healthy) snacks, beverages and fellowship after our soul-full journey are included.

This special event is limited to only 12 participants. Items you may want to bring - blanket, pillow, eye mask, yoga mat, bolster - whatever you need to be comfortable while lying down. There are a few mats, bolsters and blankets on a first come, first serve basis.
