360five Sound Experience

The 360five Sound Experience is a 90 minute immersive sound bath utilizing solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones, crystal bowls, gong, tabla and a variety of other vibrational medicine techniques guided through breathwork.

In this Sound Experience, we dive deeper into how sound facilitates healing at a cellular level along with an interactive discussion and share that further opens pathways for our thoughts to align with our body’s natural vibrancy - allowing us to shift beyond limitation, constricted thought and traditional symptomatic relief.

The 360five Sound Experience integrates full spectrum healing by releasing mental resistance; loosening physiological and somatic triggers; and deepening our presence as well as expanding our conscious awareness.
