360five Sound Experience

The 360five Sound Experience is a 90 minute immersive sound journey utilizing solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones and other vibrational medicine techniques guided through breathwork.

In this Sound Experience we dive deeper into how sound facilitates healing at a cellular level along with an interactive discussion and share that further opens pathways for our thoughts to align with our body’s natural vibrancy - allowing us to shift beyond limitation, constricted thought and traditional symptomatic relief.

The 360five Sound Experience integrates full spectrum healing by releasing mental resistance; loosening physiological and somatic triggers; and deepening our presence as well as expanding our conscious awareness.
